See entry deadlines in the artist cart, drill into payouts, and upload iPhone HEIC photos
The cart shows each entry's deadline, an unpaid entry fee can be comped or invoiced, a payout opens into the transactions behind it, and one-tap surveys arrive after key moments. Photos taken on an iPhone upload and convert straight from the camera roll.
See every entry's deadline right in the cart
Each entry in the cart shows the deadline of the call it belongs to, so an artist paying for several calls at once knows which one closes first. Free drafts left in an abandoned cart are released, so the artist can carry on with them.
Comp or invoice an abandoned entry fee
When an artist starts an entry but never pays the fee, you can now decide what happens: waive it and let the entry through, or send an invoice for it. Either way the entry stops sitting in limbo.
Drill from a payout into the transactions behind it
Open any payout and see the individual sales, entry fees and refunds that make it up, so reconciling a bank deposit against Crafted Call no longer means matching totals by hand.
One-tap surveys after you submit or publish
After an artist submits an entry, or an organizer publishes a call, a single-question survey appears. One tap answers it and it never comes back for the same moment, so we hear how the experience went without interrupting it.
Switch organizations faster
The organization switcher now scrolls, remembers your favorites, and puts the organizations you used most recently at the top. The collapsed admin sidebar also opens a hover flyout, so you can reach any section without expanding it.
Upload iPhone photos straight from the camera roll
Photos taken on a recent iPhone are saved in HEIC format, and every HEIC variant converts after upload, so an artist can submit straight from the camera roll. Deadline reminder emails send on schedule, and jurors in a later round see only the entries that advanced to it.
