How does the Free plan work?
The Free plan is pay-as-you-go: $0/month, your first call publishes free, then a one-time $45 activation fee per call, $29 for standalone exhibitions, and 5% per submission. No monthly commitment.
How are standalone exhibitions priced?
On Free, standalone exhibitions are $29 each with no concurrency cap. Exhibitions attached to an activated call are included with that call's $45 activation. Paid plans include exhibitions, but the limit is on concurrent active exhibitions, not calls: Core 1, Studio 2, Gallery 3, Premier unlimited.
Do paid plans charge per-call activation fees?
No. Every paid plan gives you unlimited calls with no per-call activation fees. The separate cap is how many exhibitions can be active at the same time. The per-submission fee is a percentage of each entry fee and drops as you grow: Free 5%, Core 4%, Studio 3%, Gallery 2%, and Premier 1%. Free entries are always $0.
Can artists cover the fees?
Yes. You can set an application fee for artists and decide whether those fees offset part or all of your platform costs.
What is the Custom Website add-on?
It's a fully-managed gallery website on your own domain, designed by us and auto-synced with your calls, exhibitions, and e-commerce. How does the 45-day free trial work?
Sign up and try any paid plan free for 45 days. No credit card required to start. You can switch between plans during your trial to find the right fit.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching limits. You can upgrade at any time to unlock higher limits. We never cut off access mid-call — your active calls always run to completion.
