Terms of Service

Welcome to Crafted Call. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Crafted Call platform (the "Service"), operated by Granite Logic, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Crafted Call provides a gallery management platform for art organizations. The Service includes tools for creating calls for artists, managing submissions, conducting jury review processes, organizing exhibitions, and related administrative functions.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use or share
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or counterfeit artwork or information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Crafted Call a limited license to store, display, and process that content to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Granite Logic, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

6. Payments and Fees

Platform subscriptions are billed as described in our pricing page. Per-call activation fees and submission fees are charged as disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRANITE LOGIC, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
