About Crafted Call
Crafted Call was born from the realization that art organizations deserve better than duct-taped workflows. We partner with galleries to provide a quiet, connected platform that respects the work and the people behind it.

The Story
Crafted Call was founded by a team of gallerists and technologists who were tired of duct-taped workflows. We watched galleries struggle with disconnected tools — one platform for calls, another for email, a spreadsheet for tracking, a separate payment system for sales. The idea was simple: what if one platform handled the entire gallery workflow, from the first call for artists to the final sale?
That mission became a partnership with the art community. Crafted Call wasn't built in a vacuum — it was built inside the gallery. Through deep collaboration with early partners like Mosaic Art Collective, we developed a platform that respects how curators actually work and how artists want to be represented.
Today, Crafted Call covers the full curatorial journey: jury review with side-by-side comparison, virtual exhibitions, artist portfolios, Stripe Connect payouts, and e-commerce. Each feature is a response to a real-world need from someone running a show.
