Data Export & Portability

Crafted Call gives you complete access to your organization's data. Export submissions, subscriber lists, analytics, and more for analysis, archiving, or migration to other systems. This guide covers available export formats and scheduled exports.

Why Export Your Data?

You might export data for:

• Compliance - Meet legal requirements (GDPR, archive requirements)
• Analysis - Analyze submissions or campaign performance in spreadsheets or data tools
• Backup - Create offline copies of critical data
• Migration - Transfer data when changing services
• Reporting - Generate custom reports not available in Crafted Call

All data exports are encrypted and secured during download.

Accessing Data Exports

Navigate to Settings > Organization > Data Export to access the export management panel.

From this dashboard, you can:

• Create new exports
• Schedule recurring exports
• View export history
• Download previous exports
• Manage export automation

Tip: Owner and Admin roles can export data. Other roles cannot access the export panel for security reasons.

Available Export Types

Crafted Call supports exports for:

Submissions

Export submission data for one or more calls:

• Includes: Submission ID, applicant name/email, application date, submission status, scores/reviews, custom field responses, contact information
• Formats: CSV, Excel (.xlsx), JSON
• Scope: Single call or multiple calls
• Filtering: By call, by status (pending, accepted, rejected, waitlisted), by date range

Exports can include reviewer comments and anonymized jury scores.

Subscribers

Export your email subscriber list:

• Includes: Email, first name, last name, subscription date, subscription status, tags, engagement level, last open date, click count
• Formats: CSV, Excel (.xlsx)
• Scope: All subscribers or filtered by tags/status
• Filtering: By engagement level, by tags, by subscription date
