Crafted Call offers flexible pricing plans tailored to organizations of all sizes. Every plan includes unlimited calls and unlimited submissions. Paid plans have no per-call activation fees — you only pay your monthly subscription plus a small per-submission platform fee.
How Pricing Works
Crafted Call uses a simple two-component pricing model for paid plans:
Monthly/yearly subscription — Unlocks lower fees and additional features
Per-submission platform fee — A small fee per submission (9¢–79¢ depending on plan)
There are no per-call activation fees on paid plans — publish as many calls as you want at no extra cost. Higher-tier plans have lower per-submission fees, so the subscription pays for itself as your volume grows.
The Free plan is the exception: it has no monthly subscription, but charges a $35 activation fee when you publish a call.

Example: 100-Submission Call on Studio Plan
Call activation: $0
Submissions: 100 × 39¢ = $39
Total platform cost: $39 (plus $39/month subscription)
Example: 200-Submission Call on Gallery Plan
Call activation: $0
Submissions: 200 × 19¢ = $38
Total platform cost: $38 (plus $59/month subscription)
Example: 500-Submission Call on Premier Plan

Tip: As your submission volume grows, higher-tier plans save significantly on per-submission fees. A 500-submission call costs $45 on Premier vs $295 on Studio — Premier pays for itself at high volume.
Understanding Platform Fees vs. Stripe Processing
Platform fees (per-submission, plus per-call activation on Free) go to Crafted Call for platform operation.
Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are charged by Stripe on every payment. These are separate from Crafted Call's platform fees.
Artists pay submission fees set by the gallery. Stripe processing fees are automatically deducted from the payment before it reaches your Stripe account.
Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrading is simple and takes effect immediately.
To upgrade:
Go to Settings > Billing
Click Upgrade Plan
Select the new plan
Review the price difference
Choose billing cycle (monthly or annual)
Click Confirm Upgrade
Prorating:
If you upgrade mid-month, the system prorates the difference. You only pay for the remaining days at the new rate, with credit applied for your old plan.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrading is allowed but review the feature impact.
To downgrade:
Go to Settings > Billing
Click Change Plan
Select the lower plan
Review warning about features you'll lose
Click Confirm Downgrade
Important notes:
Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
Your data is preserved even if features are disabled
You can upgrade again anytime to re-enable features
Annual vs. Monthly Billing
Save money with annual billing — the equivalent of getting two months free.
Change billing cycle in Settings > Billing > Change Plan.

Troubleshooting
Do paid plans charge per-call activation fees?
No. Every paid plan (Core, Studio, Gallery, Premier) gives you unlimited calls with no per-call activation fees. The activation fee only applies to the Free plan, which has no monthly subscription.
Are there limits on calls or submissions?
No. All plans include unlimited calls and unlimited submissions. Limits only apply to jurors per call, jury rounds, email templates, and file upload sizes.
Can I change my billing cycle mid-year?
Yes. Change anytime in Settings > Billing > Change Plan. The new cycle begins on your next renewal date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing
Click Cancel Subscription
Confirm (you'll lose paid features at end of cycle)
Plan downgrades to Free
No penalty; you can resubscribe anytime.
